I’m a certified personal trainer, a father, and someone who understands first-hand how quickly fitness can slide once life, work, and family take priority.

After becoming a dad, my sleep suffered, my energy dropped, belly fat crept in, and consistency became the hardest part. Training like I used to no longer fit my reality — and I realised most fitness programs simply aren’t built for dads.

I didn’t want extreme diets or unrealistic training schedules.
I wanted to lose belly fat, get stronger, feel confident again, and have the energy to show up properly — at home and in life.
